Professional/Executive Recruiting
Professional/Executive Recruiting option is suitable when:
- individuals are required to fill executive or specialist positions
- assignments require intensive research to properly source qualified and suitable candidates
- candidate research is to be conducted beyond the local geographic area
- confidentiality is a major priority
MCSI has developed an outstanding reputation in recruiting of senior level positions. We are especially proficient at complicated searches and have been involved in National and International assignments of this nature.
Project Recruiting
MCSI created the Project Recruiting program to fill the need for professional recruiting consultants that can work as an extension of their clients. We work as partners with our clients, absorbing the individual corporate culture, learning about the products and services, the people and policies that make your industry work. The level of service directed towards this option is extraordinary.
We recommend our Project Recruiting option when:
- the number and complexity of positions in the organization preclude assignment on an individual basis
- numerous positions are to be filled over an extended time frame, which dictates a closer working relationship
- the position requirements are for unusual skill-sets not readily available in the market.
Contingency Recruiting
Clients, who are unfamiliar with the search process, may select the Contingency recruiting option.
The activity related to the Contingency program consists of:
- an extensive search of our existing "active candidate" files
- reviewing Management Solutions extensive data base
- screening of resumes the company has received as a result of advertising.
The Contingency program is recommended when the:
- positions to be filled are less senior
- supply of people capable of filling these positions are relatively high
- position can normally be filled locally
- visibility and reputation of the client is high within their industry.
Executive Assessments
MCSI offers an Assessment program that allows us to provide insight that will help in executive development and in building a collegial and productive management team. 'Finding the right fit' for both an organization and prospective candidates can be the key to excelling.
The Assessment program is recommended to:
- assure adaptation into corporate culture
- maintain and build greater depth of understanding
